Approval of Minutes
[00:01:02]CHAIR SMITH
Thank you. The first item on our agenda is the approval of minutes from our November 15th meeting. Those minutes were distributed to all commissioners last week. Are there any corrections or additions?
[00:01:18]VICE CHAIR JOHNSON
I have one minor correction on page 3. The vote on Resolution 2024-45 should show that I abstained due to a conflict of interest, not that I voted yes.
MOTION: Commissioner Brown moved to approve the minutes from November 15, 2024, with the correction noted by Vice Chair Johnson. Seconded by Commissioner Davis.
VOTE: Motion carried unanimously (5-0).
